Happy New Year!!! A Message from Me

Happy New Year!

I've missed you all so so much! 

I'm sitting here about to head to Walmart, and complete other chores, and really wanted to write a blog post.

As you've probably seen, I've been away from Youtube, and especially my blog for quite some time.

It was unintentional of course, but that's just how it went down.

I recently uploaded my "Blue Smokey Eye" tutorial,

(which I shall work on the blog post after this)

and got such great feedback that it made me remember why I love doing what I do. 

You see, I lost track of time when I moved,

and by trying to balance school and work, I lost the drive/want to film/edit/write, etc.

Then the times I always wanted to record, something would come up, or I just didn't have the time.

Funny how life works that way.

By seeing everyone comment on how much they missed my videos, it sort of woke me up to the fact that I missed them too!

I love sharing my work with you guys.

It's how I express myself I suppose.

And of course, I missed all of you!

I love recognizing some of your usernames in the comments of my videos,

it means a lot that you regularly watch them, as I regularly watch the people I look up too.

What I'm truly rambling on about is simply this:

I miss you guys as you miss me. (Hopefully)

I think I've found my muse again in terms of recording/uploading.

(I'll slowly work back to blogging)

One of my resolutions shall be to get back to a regular uploading schedule, as opposed to once every 3 months.

And with my new laptop, I feel that I'll want/be able to edit/upload way more often than before.

I have a bunch of ideas in my head that I want to get done.

And finally wrap up/possibly revamp (again) my Sailor Moon series....I know...it's been years.

I'm hoping you all will stick with me in my vast Youtube journey, as I intend to stay on it for quite some time.

I have a few videos I plan on recording such as, a Christmas Haul with Jared, a Hair FAQ, Skincare Routine, Fragrance Collection, a very sarcastic (and hopefully funny!) video, and more!

(Damn, I feel like I'm writing a persuasive paper for school..)

I hope you all had a great Christmas (or other Holiday), and an even better New Year!

I got so excited when I got the news they were coming out with a Halloween collection, because 1. I love Halloween, and 2. I wanted to see what they would come up with!

They didn't disappoint.

Emma Watson Gold Leaf Makeup - Deathly Hallows Premiere

Ello there!

After being requested a long time ago, 

I'm finally getting around to putting this up!

(I recorded it like a month and a half ago...)

As the title suggests, this is the look Emma Watson wore to the premiere to the Deathly Hallows part 2.

Which marks the end of my childhood 

:(

And as I say in the video, I did my hair to match hers as well!

Too bad it's not brown anymore!

So I hope I did her justice, because she's definitely an important person I believe!

Summer Yellow & Glitter Makeup!

Long time no blog post!

..and tutorial..

(just under 2...yes TWO, months..)

I apologize sooooo much for that,

trust me, I don't want to be one of those beauty bloggers who never do tutorials.

But in my "Where Have I Been?" video, I've told you how hectic my life was/is.

Reason in being I've just been uploading non-tutorial videos.

Little editing, and no need to write a matching post.

If you do tutorials, you know how much work they can be,

especially me, considering I talk a lot.

(Most of my videos are 30 minutes long before I edit)

But here I am!

As I said, this was initially inspired by a look Sherri Shepard wore on the View..

Lemme tell ya, she by no means had glitter liner, glitter on the lid, orange on the bottom, annddd big ass lashes.

How I got to that was all my creativity flowing!

I also want to add that I recorded this a month ago!

Effie Trinket Makeup Tutorial

May the odds be ever in your favor!

I seriously love this book, and the movie!

Effie would probably be one of my favorite characters, 

and I wish she was in the movie more!

I originally did the purple look,

with the lavender wig,

buttttt that didn't look so hot,

and i felt like this particular look was somewhat neglected!

I've tried to cover my brows numerous times,

but fail every time.

So hopefully, I can get the hang of it soon!

Spring Mint Makeup Tutorial

By now, I think it's pretty known that I have an obsession for mint.

Everything mint.

So of course, with Spring around,

pastel colors are in,

and I capitalized on it!

And it's definitely a more wearable Spring look, 

as opposed to my Spring Color Block tutorial,

so here we go!

Spring Color Block Makeup Tutorial - Pink and Purple

Hello, Spring!
I really wanted to record, and had a pastel purple in mind,
then my friend Sarah brought up pink, and this look flashed in my mind.
It's kind of inspired from Queen of Blending,
seeing that she's done a look or two with this technique.
The lashes on the pink/red eye, completely wanted to ruin this tutorial.
A piece of them fell off,
they didn't want to go on evenly,
glue got in my eye,
and when I was trying to fix the liner, I messed it up.
Which you'll see in a later picture.


I know it's a little cray cray,
but I have a somewhat more wearable spring look coming!
