Review - Fortune Cookie Soap Gelato Bath Bomb

So here we are with this beaut'.
Let it be known that Fortune Cookie Soaps has more than,
well, fortune cookie soaps.
Their uniqueness also plays into their bath bombs.
Now we all know that Lush is known for theirs,
which I have yet to try out,
but from this experience, I'd say they have competition.
If you're new to bath bombs,
they have oils, and sometimes goodies,
that really really make your skin happy.
You can cut them if half if your bathtub is smaller,
or you just don't want to use the whole thing.
I had trouble cutting it,
so the first time I just hacked it.
(Which wasn't enough by any means.)
So find what works best for you.
For $7, you get 6oz.
It may seem steep,
but this sucker is dense.
It comes in a gelato container, which just improves the reality.
The ridges in the top just really top of the realness.
It even has real sprinkles made inside of it!
Seriously, someone may try to take a bite if you leave it out.
Now if it had soft texture like gelato,
I'd believe I'd be using real gelato.
The fragrance I got was Cake Batter.
I wouldn't pin it as straight cake batter,
but more of a strong almond scent,
with baking sweetness added.
Onto the actual usage.
I recommend executing a full on bath like I did.
It realllllllly makes it THAT much better.
(Candles, relaxing music, etc.)
I'm used too having bubbles with my bath,
so it was odd at first.
But once I realized how amazing this made it,
I completely disregarded it.
The oils spread through and really soften the water.
No lie, the water felt like liquid silk.
With this one, the added fun factor are the sprinkles floating around.
Even funner if you squeeze them cause they melt haha.
Shannon, the owner, told me it was her kids' favorite because of that factor.
The strong smell kind of faded once it dissolved,
but was faint enough that you could smell it in the water.
I could tell the oils really moisturized my skin for at least a day or two.
I would highly recommend this.
I can only imagine how amazing the other scents are.
I would say this is one of the more nighttime/relaxing ones.
While the others are fruity, invigorating scents.
I will definitely repurchase one of these sometime soon!
In fact, I have a review coming for the shaved ice ones!

You can purchase these on their website for $7

My Skincare Routine

I'm going to keep this short and sweet.
Like I said in the video,
skincare will be based around YOUR skin.
Something that may work for someone else,
won't always work the same for you.
So keep that in mind when going to purchase something.
Also, I've switched moisturizers.
Instead of the anti aging one,
I got the Moisture Rescue one also by Garnier.

Clean and Clear 3-1 Foaming Washing
Loreal Go 360 Clean - Deep Cleansing
Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Toner
St. Ives Blemish and Blackhead Control Scrub

Perfume Review - Harajuku Lovers G of the Sea

"A Fatal Attraction to Cuteness"
That practically sums up the whole Harajuku Lovers brand.
With their Japanese inspired look and feel,
they definitely didn't disappoint with their newest addition.
G of the Sea is their limited edition Spring/Summer fragrance for 2011.
It features the Notes:
Top:
Apple, Water lily, Sweet Crushed Berries
Middle:
Freesia, Pink Peony, Jasmine Petals
Base:
Sun-Drenched Woods, Musk, Amberwoods
The packaging is obviously cute, and in the video I show the box it came in,
and best believe I will NOT be throwing that out.
As if I don't keep enough boxes/packaging.
The perfume itself is a light blue color,
unlike the the originals, which are clear.
When I smell this perfume,
I instantly think of the beach.
The breeze of it, the feel of it, the smell of it,
everything!
Now, to some, that may sound repulsive,
but of course there's added florals and fruits.
Straight out of the bottle, I smell the kick in the perfume,
which comes off slightly peppery,
but once sprayed on,
the fruits and florals come out to play.
The floral is very subtle,
yet very fresh.
It took me a few times to smell the fruits,
but they all combine to be an amazing,
fresh, breezy, beach smell.
It's kind of the more "hippie" side compared to it's original counterpart.
I think people who like clean, floralish scents would love this.
Like I said, think of the beach!

Sailor Moon Series - Sailor Saturn

Finally!
Only 2 more looks to this series!
Kind of sad :(
But I really had fun with this one.
Reason it took me so long was because I wanted to get MUFE 92.
(Or Poison Plum from Sugarpill)
Because I knew it was THE color for it.
I might just have to watch through all of the seasons,
cause like I said, I never watched it with her.
I hope you guys like it!
I'm gonna try to go all out for the next two!

Spring/Summer Trend - Bold Lips

I originally recorded this to be for Spring,
but since it's so late I'll throw Summer in the title too. :p
Basically it's what I've seen on the runway for Spring,
a natural eye, a glowly face, and a BRIGHT lip.
Which tickles my fancy. ;)
And yes, in the redo clips,
I know my foundation is too light.
With that said,
I hope you guys like!
